General Questions

The Village is a micropractice, which means no receptionist, no phone trees, and no call centers. By keeping communication text-only for non-members, I can manage messages directly and respond quicker without the delays that come with phone calls or voicemail. This streamlined approach allows me to prioritize time for patient care while still offering timely, thoughtful responses. If necessary, we can schedule a call to address your questions/concerns.

Members have access to a members-only phone line for urgent matters, giving them an additional layer of direct, timely support.

Yes! We offer home visits by request for a flat fee within a 10 mile radius of the clinic. Anything outside of the radius will have an additional per mile charge. Home visits are included in the postpartum packages at no extra charge.

The Village Family Medicine welcomes families regardless of vaccination status. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive medical home where every patient is respected. Evidence-based information and recommendations are shared during well visits, but healthcare works best when decisions are made in partnership. Whether a family chooses full, delayed, or no vaccines, compassionate, comprehensive care is always provided.

At this time, The Village does not offer in-office vaccinations. Families are encouraged to schedule recommended vaccines with the local health department.

Direct Primary Care

Direct Primary Care

Membership at The Village is open to everyone! Our niche service offerings particularly benefit young families with children aged 0-5 years old, but everyone can benefit from the improved access, ease, and personalized care DPC offers.

Our membership-model means we can see all patients regardless of your insurance.* Most, if not all, of your primary care needs will be covered by your monthly membership-fee. We do not bill insurance, so you have the flexibility to keep your same doctor regardless of your insurance status!

* Due to federal regulations we are not able to see Medicare patients at this time. Medicare patients can contact us to placed on a wait list to be notified when our services become available.

Yes! DPC is not health insurance. While your primary care needs will be covered via membership, it is important to have coverage for prescriptions, specialist visits, emergencies, and hospitalizations. For young, healthy, individuals, DPC pairs well with lower priced high-deductible plans and health shares for the best cost-savings.

Even if you’re generally healthy, joining DPC gives you a strong relationship with your doctor and easier access when you need it most. Instead of waiting weeks for an appointment or spending hours in urgent care, you can reach me directly for expedited care. Also, longer visits mean we can focus on prevention, wellness, and your personal health goals—not just managing illness.

Many patients with “good insurance” still struggle with rushed visits, surprise bills, and longer wait times. DPC fills that gap by offering time, accessibility, and continuity of care that traditional practices often can’t provide.

No! You can cancel your membership for any reason with 30-days notice. This gives you the flexibility to decide whether our practice is right for you without any long-term commitment.

Members who cancel will be subject to a re-enrollment fee, if they decide to rejoin at a later date.

To better serve you, space will be limited to 50 families.
